How to request a refund

All you need is your festival chip and the NFCtron mobile app. Download the app for free on iOS or Android, tap Load new chip and pair the chip with your account. Once the chip is loaded, you will see an overview of all your transactions – so you can look back at everything you tried at the festival, and if you enjoyed it, you can also rate your orders and pass your feedback on to the organizer and vendors for future editions.

To get your remaining balance back, just tap Return money, choose the country of your bank and fill in the required bank details – the most important being your bank account number or IBAN. After creating the request, you can track its status right in the app, so you always know where your request stands.

A refund directly in the mobile app is the fastest option. You can also get your money back through your NFCtron Tickets account if you topped up your credit online. Just open the event, display your online receipt, click the credit refund button and fill in the required details the same way as in the NFCtron mobile app.

Refund conditions – what to know

Refunds are free of charge, whether your account is held in CZK or EUR. The amount does not matter – any remaining balance will be returned to you, with no limits. You have 14 days after the end of the event to create a refund request, and the money usually arrives in your account within 2–3 business days of creating it. If you do not request a refund, unused balances go to the event organizer after 14 days – they can use these funds to improve the next edition of the festival or concert, or for charitable purposes, as the organizers of our favourite events regularly do.
